How do I take a good photo?
JPG, PNG or WebP. Stand in a corner at chest height with the lights on and get the whole room in frame. We resize large photos to 1600 pixels before upload.
What exactly is a render?
A preview of your own room in the style you pick: layout, walls and windows stay where they are; finishes, floors, lighting and furniture change. It's a design to agree on — the contractor prices the real work.
Who can see my photos?
Only you, until you post a project for bids. Then signed-in contractors see the photos, renders, scope and city — never your address, name or email. The contractor you award gets your contact details.
How do bids and credits work?
Posting, comparing and awarding are free for owners. Contractors spend one credit per bid, win or lose, so bids come from people who mean them. Credits don't expire.
How many renders do I get?
One free render on this page without an account, 3 with a free account. A Render Pack adds 40 renders for $9 and works across all your properties. A render that fails is never counted.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Change your email or password, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings at any time.
